Andy is a Chef and a highly respected Sommelier attaining the WSET higher certification as well being a certified Advanced Sommelier accreditation from the Court of Master Sommeliers and is currently studying for his Certified Specialist of Wine certification from the Society of Wine Educators.
Andy Lee’s experience of managing multiple high end first class restaurants and hotels working with some of the World’s finest Chefs in highly regarded Michelin starred properties as well as renowned five star hotels will ensure your event is a success. Andy recently completed his Global Certification Meetings Management {CMM} designation organized by Meeting Planners International {MPI}.
Annette Lee has over 12 years of food and beverage management experience working in 4 and 5 diamond properties and Michelin Starred restaurants in Europe.
During this time Annette experience includes four years as an event coordinator working for Vintage Inns and Hillebrand winery both in Niagara on the Lake.
Annette is scheduled to complete her Wedding Planner Certification {WPICC}, and is an accomplished event manager.
