Search Strategy

It is very important that the skill set of the position matches the candidates attributes, during the recruitment cycle it is important that to represent you best and understand your operation that a site visit would be necessary to attract the right candidate upon your behalf.
After this process is done and we fully understand your company’s mandates and priorities then the screening process can begin to find the right candidate.

At this level any candidates that are to be submitted for consideration will screened in accordance of the core competencies and the attributes required done by telephone or face to face where ever possible.

Once the right candidate is found we will coordinate the interview process with both parties, and negotiate on all components during the interview process.

If the client is satisfied with the candidate an offer will extended on their behalf until an amicable agreement has been reached.

Once a candidate has been appointed we will follow up for six weeks to assist with the transition period for both parties to help build better working relationships.

Recruitment Terms

A recruitment fee of 15% of the candidates total annual salary, which is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of employment. A non-refundable deposit of $2000 is required plus GST, this will serve as a credit once a candidate if found.
